Shirley was born on April 28, 1946 and passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018.

Shirley was a resident of Wichita, Kansas at the time of passing.

In Lieu of flowers you may send a memorial to Starkey, a community-based nonprofit in Sedgwick County serving people with disabilities.
